SMG’s Terms Of Services Explained

1. Introduction

  • SMG helps companies gather customer feedback through online surveys.
  • By completing a survey, you agree to these Terms of Service.
  • If you don’t agree, please don’t participate in the survey.

2. About Us

  • Depending on where the company you’re giving feedback for is based, different companies handle your information:
    • North/South America: Service Management Group, LLC
    • Europe, UK, Middle East: Service Management Group Limited
    • Asia, Oceania: Service Management Group GK
  • All these companies are referred to as “SMG”.

3. Your Information

  • SMG cares about your privacy. Read their Privacy Policy to understand how they handle your personal data.

4. Accessing the Survey

  • You may get a unique code or link to access the survey from the company whose product or service you used.
  • Don’t share this code or link, as it can only be used once.

5. Your Rights

  • You need to be at least 13 years old to take part, unless the survey says otherwise.
  • If you’re from a country under sanctions, you can’t participate.
  • You can’t share, copy, or alter the survey content. You’re only allowed to complete the survey for yourself.

6. Your Content

  • If you share feedback or content (like text or images), you still own it. But, by submitting it, you give SMG and the company the right to use it for their surveys and promotions.
  • You won’t be paid for any content you submit.

7. Rules of Use

  • Don’t misuse the survey, by giving false information, copying content, or using automated systems to complete the survey.
  • If you break the rules, SMG can suspend or block your access to the survey.

8. Ending the Relationship

  • If you don’t agree with these terms, stop participating in the surveys.
  • SMG can also remove your access to the survey at any time if you break the rules.

9. Third-Party Links

  • SMG surveys might link to other websites, but they’re not responsible for those.

10. Our Responsibility

  • SMG will do its best to ensure the surveys are always available, but sometimes they might not be due to technical reasons.
  • If you don’t get a reward or incentive for completing a survey, SMG is not responsible unless it’s their fault.

11. For US Users

  • If you’re in the US, you use the surveys at your own risk and there are no guarantees that they’ll be error-free or available at all times.

12. Resolving Disputes

  • If you have any issues with the survey, contact SMG at legal@smg.com. They’ll try to resolve the issue informally.
